Missing You

It was quiet all around.

Ruo Bi felt like she couldn’t hear anything.

“The news from the team just came back, saying that they found a body wearing the police uniform from our team and they suspect it to be Hua Jingzhi… he was the only one in our team sent for support!!!” Yang Wei wailed.

What he said in a rambling manner. Ruo Bi could no longer hear clearly.

She locked herself in the tent, hugged her knees and curled up into a ball. No matter how much Yang Wei shouted outside, she didn’t say another word.

She couldn’t open her mouth.

She was afraid to open her mouth.

If she cried, then she wouldn’t be able to stop crying.

How can this happen…

She was ready to accept him, and he just died?

Yang Wei was still outside calling out sister-in-law.

For the first time, Ruo Bi felt that being called sister-in-law weighed a thousand pounds.

In the middle of the night, some of the students were vomiting or had diarrhea. Yang Wei was called away, and the surrounding area was eerily quiet.

The light from the fire danced on the tent.

A black figure quietly appeared outside her tent.

Ruo Bi was shocked, and picked up the anti-wolf spray at hand.

She had been guarding against the dean’s nephew, and Yang Wei is not around, so she has to protect herself.

Whether Hua Jingzhi was dead or alive, she had to be proactive against him.

“Ruo Bi…”

The footsteps were staggering, and his voice was a little weak. It was definitely not the pitchy voice of the dean’s nephew, but more like…

She couldn’t care about anything else, and opened the zipper of the tent

Ruo Bi wiped away the tears with the back of her hand, and helped him to lie down in her tent.

The smell of blood everywhere.

Ruo Bi didn’t care about it. She took off all his clothes.

This guy was not wearing anything under his black jacket. There was a big, ferocious gash in his abdomen that stretched from his right shoulder to his left rib, and blood was still coming out.

Ruo Bi took a simple medical kit and began to bandage him.

She didn’t know whether it was the pain or if he was falling asleep, Hua Jingzhi didn’t say a word.

Ruo Bi was scared and kept saying his name. “Hua Jingzhi…”

“Yeah, I’m here.”

“Does it hurt?”

“It doesn’t hurt.”

“Nonsense.”

How could this long cut not hurt?

“Ruo Bi.” His Adam’s apple slid up and down. “I didn’t feel it before, but when I saw you, I felt so much pain…”

Ruo Bi relaxed a bit, “Be patient, the pain will pass.”

Hua Jingzhi paused. “Yes.”

After bandaging the wound, Ruo Bi fed him some water and things to ward off the cold and covered him up.

Hua Jingzhi felt remorseful. He took her hand and put his arm down. “Let me hug you, okay?”

She did not see him in days, and his stubble had grown out.

The eyes were dark, and the face was tired.

Ruo Bi laid obediently in his arms. She gently stroked the bandaged wound on his stomach. “Try not to move, tell me what you want to do.”

Hua Jingzhi grunted.

After a while, he said, “Ruo Bi, I want to kiss you.”

Ruo Bi felt a little hot.

Hot all over.

They were on the bed, and he was a wounded person. But in any case she had already made up her mind to be with him.

She lifted her head and kissed his lips.

Hua Jingzhi’s lips were a little dry. She stuck out her tongue and licked his lips slowly, moistening his lips.

Hua Jingzhi’s breathing became heavy.

Unexpectedly, he turned over, and his whole body was pressed against her. He kissed her heavily, as if he wanted to swallow her whole.

It was different from the resistance in the past. Ruo Bi felt numb all over. She raised her head and let him kiss her, coordinating with his movements.

“Ruo Bi…” He finally let go of her lips and panted.

“Huh?” She was mesmerized.

“Hm?”

“I want you.”
